CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Please note that all persons intending to attend the Conference must register. Please read the registration information before you complete the online form.

* To be entitled to the early bird registration fee you must have registered and paid before or on 1 August 2014.

The conference registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:

  • Entry to all sessions
  • All official documentation
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon teas where provided
  • Conference satchel
  • Conference Dinner

Credit Card Payment Online
Online registration is preferred. Once registration has opened, please click here to register your place at the event and book your accommodation in ‘real time’. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by arinex’. 

Faxing/Mailing Registrations
If you require a hard copy registration form, please contact the Conference Managers at aprc2014@arinex.com.au.  Faxed or posted registration forms will only be confirmed if credit card details or cheque payment are accompanied with the form. Please refer to the website for full terms and conditions. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the Conference Managers at aprc2014@arinex.com.au.

Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.

You will not receive any further publications before the Conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees:
• Before 01/09/2014 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
• On or before 17/10/2014 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
• After 17/10/2014 there will be no refund.

Accommodation:
• A minimum of a one night’s deposit must be paid at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
• One night’s deposit is non-refundable at 17/10/2014.

The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation nor the meeting organisers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The Conference organisers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
