Mr. Mark Seumas McCombe, also known as Marc, OBE has been the Senior Managing Director and Chairman of Asia-Pacific Region at BlackRock, Inc. since September 2011. Mr. McCombe is responsible for all business activity in the region, which includes Greater China, Japan, Australia, Singapore, India, and Korea. Mr. McCombe served as the Chief Executive Officer at HSBC Global Asset Management for three years. Prior to this, he served as the Global Chief Executive Officer of Investment Business at HSBC Investments (UK) Ltd. Previously, He first joined HSBC in 1987. He has been Director of Blackrock Investment Management (Australia) Limited since May 2012 and a Director of BlackRock Asset Management North Asia Limited, since February 22, 2012.

Professor Zhang is a PHD supervisor and research scholar of the Investment Research of National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). He was graduated from Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 1981. Professor Zhang is now the Chairman of Investment Association of China.

Hon Andrew Cripps MP
Minister for Natural Resources and Mines of Queensland, Australia
Andrew Peter Cripps is an Australian politician who is a member of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland and Minister for Natural Resources and Mines.
He was born in Tully, Queensland, Australia, and was elected for The Nationals in September 2006 to represent Hinchinbrook, Cripps was re-elected in 2009 for Liberal National Party. Since 27 November 2010 Cripps has been the Shadow Minister for North Queensland, Reef Protection and Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Economic Development and the Shadow Minister for Public Works. Cripps has previously been the Shadow Minister for Disability Services and Multicultural Affairs (6 April 2009 – 26 November 2010), the Shadow Minister for Natural Resources and Water (30 September 2008 – 5 April 2009), the Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Infrastructure and Planning (29 January 2008 – 12 August 2008) and the Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Mines and Energy (21 September 2006 – 29 January 2008). Cripps also serves on the Law, Justice and Safety Committee (since 23 April 2009) and was previously a member of the Legal, Constitutional and Administrative Review Committee (23 April 2009 – 28 May 2009), and the Health Quality and Complaints Commission Select Committee (1 July 2007 – 15 November 2007) of the Queensland Parliament. On 9 September 2008 he became one of the sitting members of the Liberal National Party of Queensland.
Michael Roche is the Chief Executive of the Queensland Resources Council (QRC), the peak industry body for the minerals and energy sector in Queensland, representing the interests of more than 280 member companies. Before joining the QRC in 2005, Michael spent nearly nine years in senior management roles with the Australian Stock Exchange in Sydney, including more than three years as the Executive General Manager of ASX’s markets and market data businesses.
From 1990, Michael served for almost five years as Chief of Staff to the Queensland Treasurer and two years as Deputy Director-General in the Queensland Cabinet Office, part of the Premier’s portfolio. Michael currently serves on several boards and advisory committees, including Chairman of the Queensland Minerals and Energy Academy, a board member of the Australian Coal Association and a member of the Queensland Transport and Logistics Council.
Steve is a geologist with over 30 years experience across exploration, resource development and mine geology, with 18 of those years in mine based operating and brownfields roles. His early career was spent exploring for a range of commodities, before moving into mine geology (gold, WA) from the mid 1980’s. He joined Rio Tinto in 1994 at Kelian (Indonesia), before moving to Lihir (PNG) in 1997 as Chief Geologist and later Mine Technical Manager.
Since 2004, Steve has worked with Rio Tinto Technology group wide supporting resource evaluation, mine geology, orebody knowledge and Resource & Reserve reporting. Steve has been a member of the Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC), since 2005, and was appointed Chairman in December 2013.
Michael Gray was appointed Managing Director of the Board of Directors in March 2012. Mr Gray has more than 20 years’ experience in the planning and development of major mining infrastructure projects, including high-level involvement in resource feasibility and development, project finance, project execution, environmental management and native title issues. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director, Mr Gray was Chief Executive Officer of Middlemount Coal Pty Ltd where he had overall responsibility for development of the Middlemount project from exploration project to operating mine, the first greenfield coal project developed in Queensland since 2007. Other career highlights include senior roles with Macarthur Coal Limited as Executive General Manager – Projects and Infrastructure, where Mr Gray was responsible for the overall management of exploration and project feasibility activities, long-term infrastructure requirements and government relations. Before joining Macarthur Coal, Mr Gray held senior project development roles with the Port of Brisbane Corporation and the Queensland Government’s Office of the Coordinator-General.
Mr. Eddie Grieve is Senior Manager, Listings and Issuer Services at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). He has had extensive experience in all aspects of capital markets over a period of more than 26 years. Eddie has served in a number of senior roles at ASX and has been closely involved in major floats and primary equity market raisings throughout his career. In his current role at ASX he is responsible for growing the ASX listing business and developing and promoting access to the ASX equity capital market.
Eddie frequently presents on IPO and listing issues and works closely with companies considering listing on ASX to help them achieve their objectives.2010.
Campbell Kevin Thomas Newman (born 12 August 1963) is an Australian politician and the 38th and current Premier of Queensland since 26 March 2012. He has been the leader of the liberal-conservative Liberal National Party of Queensland (LNP) since April 2011, and was the 15th Lord Mayor of Brisbane from 2004 to 2011. Newman was elected Lord Mayor as a member of the Liberal Party of Australia. Since the July 2008 merger of the Queensland Liberals and National Party of Australia (Nationals), Newman has been a member of the LNP. In March 2011 Newman was elected Leader of the LNP. As Newman was not a member of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland, former state Nationals’ leader Jeff Seeney was elected interim opposition leader while Newman headed the party’s election team from outside the legislature.
Newman led the LNP to a landslide victory in the 2012 state election, allowing it to form government for the first time in its history. At the same time, he won election to the seat of Ashgrove in western Brisbane. He was sworn in as Premier two days later.
Daniel Morgan joined UBS in 2008 and is a member of UBS’s global commodity team. The team advises institutional clients on commodities strategy, maintain global commodities models analysing supply/demand and responsible for price forecasts.
Prior to his role as a commodity analyst, Daniel spent 4 years as an equity analyst at UBS in the number one ranked Australian resources team, covering the major diversified and bulk commodity equities. Prior to joining UBS, Daniel spent 2 years in Investment Banking with Goldman Sachs in the technology, media, telecommunication and gaming sectors.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Management from the University of Queensland.
